International luxury organisation that is based in central London has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits analyst!

A great opportunity to work within a collaborative HR team, working across their European offices and working closely with colleagues in the US to further drive compensation and benefits as a core HR function. You will be a confident user of HR SAP systems and procedures and able to translate this data into information used by both HR and the business.

The ideal candidate will be:

*Highly organised, motivated and experienced analyst who enjoys working in a busy
environment and dealing with people.
*Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
*Be able to work collaboratively with all areas of the business, both other HR
professionals and internal clients
*Calm under pressure, with a common sense approach and a willingness to have a go at
anything.
*Excellent systems knowledge (SAP, Word and Excel is essential, previous use of
databases would be an advantage)
*Analytical and numerate
*Ability to prioritise effectively and good attention to detail
*Strong interpersonal/communication skills (ability to build relationships and gain
credibility in order to achieve results)
*Excellent team player
