Your daily duties will include:

Processing orders (as few as 10 as many as 100 per day)
Updating the database
Keeping contact details up to date
Processing credits & refunds
Responding to emails and answering calls
Producing basic Excel reports
To be successful for this role, you will need a Customer Service focussed background based within an office environment. Ideally you will have experience of using SAP and processing orders and you will thrive in a busy environment. Knowledge of filtering and formulas on Excel is required.
