Boutique Executive Search Firm have an exciting opportunity for a multi-tasking EA to join their team.
Their offices are hugely funky and you will have access to an on-site coffee shop, gym and enviable roof terrace.
This is a hands-on role and would suit someone with heaps of imitative and who likes a lot of autonomy in a role.
Main responsibilities:
Extensive diary management and manage all administrative procedures related to various assignments
Ensuring project management support including managing deadlines and tracking progress
Coordinating timetables diaries and emails
Scheduling meetings and interviews, business planning and making travel arrangements
Ensuring the prompt and efficient administration of payments and invoices
Managing and following complex administrative systems and procedures
Managing multiple projects involving multiple internal stakeholders
Skills
Candidates should ideally be graduate level and in an ideal world have worked in executive search or education or not-for profit.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills
Excellent communication and written skills
