Prestigious global company who has a head office in London and NY is looking to hire a HR Administrator due to a project expansion. The role is an initially a one year FTC but there is a strong possibility it will go permanent.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and admin skills combined with passion for developing their career in HR.

General Administration:

HR Administration

●General ad hoc changes e.g. preparing letters to confirm changes to employees'
contracts, preparing letters for maternity and paternity leaves etc.
●Recruitment - scheduling interviews, managing internal job postings, recruitment
website, mailbox and applicant tracking system
●Checking and copying of visas and passports for all new starters and interns to the
company.
●Working as part of a close knit HR team, providing assistance as and when needed
●Carrying out company reference checks and screening by liaising with our 3rd party
provider
●Provide general departmental support:
●Dealing with general queries regarding employee relations matters
●Updating Security/ IT regarding weekly starters and leavers
●Providing reference letters for employees
●Arranging season ticket loans for employees
●Dealing with SAP performance management queries
●Updating org charts



Experience and skills required:

* Degree educated and and circa 12 months experience of working in a HR department
necessary.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface senior stakeholders.
*Excellent IT skills with good attention to detail.
