Sales Operations Manager
Reports to: Debbie MacBeattie, MD and Founder

We are looking for:
A sales leader with panache and energy.
To be responsible for the current, highly experienced sales team meeting and exceeding targets
To grow the business by hiring and developing talent in line with P&L forecasts.
Develop forecasting and managing KPIs.
Win, convert and develop new business.
Retain existing business.
To review and develop induction, training, knowledge and passion for the brand.
To promote a healthy fun, competitive and sales driven culture.
Responsible for new recruits and their individual targets.
To ensure all staff have appropriate contracts and pay-plans in place.
To induct and monitor new staff from on-boarding through to completion of probation.
To identify latest tech to improve and drive process

Salary:
£40,000 - £60,000 OTE £60,000 - £90,000

Clients:
To negotiate, promote and ensure as many clients remain contractually connected to ROC and TOL.

Review designated existing clients - ensure Master Vendor, PSL terms and agreements are in place.
To ensure that fees/margins are reviewed and increased where possible on a six-monthly basis.
To identify tender opportunities and other potential bulk business opportunities.
Forge strong relationships with clients at senior level, build business network.

Candidates:
To ensure that the candidate experience is positive and constructive.
Track candidate attraction in terms of cost and effectiveness.
Review use of resourcing staff - internal and external.
Ensure at all times that quality, cultural and legislative adherence is met.

General:
To deputise for the MD in her absence.
To ensure the business is "opened and closed" on a daily basis.
A pro-active member of the senior management team.
To always act in the wider interest of the business.
Identify PR and marketing opportunities.
Maintain and grow market reputation with all staff, clients and partners.

Knowledge & Experience:
Educated to minimum degree standard or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' team leadership/ management experience within the recruitment industry
Sales and negotiation experience
Proven track record of achieving targets
To be adept on all IT and CRM systems
Experience in training, mentoring and coaching staff

Skills:
Highly motivated, energetic, organised, committed and professional
Ability to drive and monitor sales, outward facing
Very well developed organisational and time management skills
A people person with leadership skills
Ability to analyse data, trends and financial reports.
