Who we are:
We are a well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising of many of the world's most recognised brands. We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Head of Temporary Recruitment to work closely with the longstanding team.

The role:
Reporting directly to the MD, the Head of Temporary Recruitment will be primarily focussed on managing the existing team of Temp Consultants, as well as undertaking business development activities aimed at supporting the company's growth.

The Head of Temporary Recruitment will also be required to assist in the development and execution of strategic business development activities. This will involve the management and nurturing of existing clients, as well as lead generation and conversion.

What we offer:
Apart from a generous basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000, we offer a great deal in return, not least an excellent commission structure in a business that has massive potential to expand and develop at a rapid pace. First year on target earnings are a realistic £80,000 - £100,000.

Who we're looking for:
The role would best suit an existing Temporaries Manager, or a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 3+ years' experience who is highly ambitious and hoping to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the temporary recruitment environment, including but not limited to functions such as: candidate resourcing methods; rates and margins; employment legislation; payroll; managing service level agreements and trends analysis.

Experience with P&L and / or people management would be seen as advantageous, however training opportunities are available. A degree or equivalent qualification will also be highly regarded.
