The MD and founder is seeking a highly experienced PA to support him. This is a career role where over time you will take more responsibility and grow with the business needs.
Due to the location this would suit a career PA who would like to eliminate the London commute and work more locally.

On offer:
-Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (experience dependent)
-Excellent working conditions
-Opportunity to grow and develop further with the business
Duties include:
-True one to one PA role
Prep MD's desk
Prep detailed weekly planner with MD
Detailed inbox and email management
Book meetings/appointments
Manage business and social events from guest lists, catering etc
-Preparing documents for meetings
Manage all MD's mobile devices
-Manage MD's social media - linked-in, Acting as gatekeeper
-General administration duties
-Manage personal aspects such as staff at home, cars etc.
-Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements for the role:
-Proven PA experience at CEO level
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Excellent organisational and prioritizing skills
-Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-High attention to detail
-Ability to work under pressure
