Exciting and dynamic PA/Events Manager to support the Managing Director for bespoke London organsiation.
The post-holder will be a significant support for the organisation reporting directly into the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced PA who has undertaken projects,organised events and worked in a boutique environment. An excellent communicator is required combined with excellent written and grammatical skills. This role will also have en exciting event mandate!!
This position is very autonomous with an exciting remit:
*Managing the diary coordinating meetings
*Liaising with external stake-holders
*Being the first point of contact on various projects
*PA support to the Director
*Day-to-day management of the office
*Managing basic accounts
*Liaising with a wide range of organisations and suppliers
*Managing events and attending events
Essential skills/interests required:
*Educated to good degree level, or equivalent professional experience
*Excellent and proven organisational ability, ideally in project management
*Excellent and proven IT skills, in Excel and ideally Wordpress and InDesign
*A flexible and proactive approach
*Good business sense and good judgement
*Articulate and persuasive in communications
*Reliable and determined with a strong work ethic
