Job Summary:

Be part of an incredible and exciting high-end, fashion brand as they launch a new pop up store based in Crewe opening September 2019. Retailing ladies clothing, footwear and accessories and will trade over 57 hours per week. This Store Manager role is unique in the sense that no two days are the same, due to the nature of the business the product type can change which in turn means you have to be a quick thinker and fast on your feet.

We are looking for somebody who is truly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and somebody who thinks outside the box and loves to bring in new ideas. If this sounds like you, then please apply.

What you will receive in return:


Duties:

You will be required to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Create a mentality of Customer First all times.
Resolves customer complaints to achieve a win: win for both the company and customer.
Effective communication between yourself and the Deputy Store Manager.
Train and develop all employees to ensure consistent understanding of all operational requirements including till procedures and cash handling, the delivery of excellent customer services and merchandising.
Working towards achieving store targets and personal KPI's.
Manage the stock release of desirable / premium brands to create bounce back and excitement.
Working closely with the team to maximize sales.
Develop a culture which reflects the company values by acting as a role model to the team.
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Ensuring completion of any relevant reports and operational administration.

Essential:

Previous store management experience in a retail environment.
Exceptional customer service focus.
Exceptionally positive, with a can-do attitude at all times, demonstrating a passion for the brand and a genuine interest in high street fashion.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Confident with exceptional customer service focus.
Positive and proactive approach.
Strong IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Flexibility to work at other stores as and when required.
Flexibility to cover additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business.
People experience, including: recruitment, inductions, training, reviews, PDR's, absence management and performance issues.
The ability to lead, motivate and engage your team to deliver services and targets.
Experience of being a key holder with the responsibility of opening and closing a store.

Working Week:

43.75 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 5:45pm and Sayirdau 8:30am - 6:15pm)
