My clients are a commercial real estate services and investment firm, based in the city and are looking to hire a Team Secretary / administrator.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an FTC Administrator to support a huge account and wider business who has good capabilities using Google Maps. Responsibilities would include:
*Using mapping software (i.e. Google Maps) to plot site locations - training can be given but knowledge of mapping software would be a plus.
*Completing invoice request forms and tracking progress with Finance.
*Using our database to keep transaction projects up to date and create terms of engagement docs
*Saving documents into our database
*Booking travel (flights, train tickets and hotel accommodation)
*Completing expenses for the team
*Preparing and amending presentations
*Amending and formatting papers and presentations to ensure they are in line with the corporate standard
Person Specification/Requirements
*Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
*Good administrator
*Flexible approach to work
*Responsible and dependable
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
*Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
*Confident and assertive where required
*Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
*Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
*Experience working in an office environment
