We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager to be responsible for existing accounts and work closely with the longstanding team.

The role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and supported by a team of Resourcers, the role of Account Manager will be primarily focused on creatively sourcing outstanding candidates for a large number of roles for blue-chip clients with sole agency agreements.

Who we're looking for:

The role would best suit a Recruitment Consultant or In-House Recruiter with 2 + years' experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the end-to-end management of both clients and candidates alike, from co-ordinating quality job specifications right through to aftercare and service calls. You should have a track record of meeting targets through both expanding upon existing business opportunities, as well as generating new clients.
