We are looking for immediately available experienced EA OR Team Assistant

Requirements:

Typical Group EA activities:
all travel bookings, expenses, meeting room bookings, restaurant/events, office
supplies and so on
New recruits onboarding together with HR: laptops, access, induction, etc
Finance - Managing and leading the administrative tasks for procurement process and
payment process (GSS)
Interface with supply chain - owning the process and seeing it through for each PO,
invoice, vendor creation
Interface with GSS for all invoice payments, raising POs, etc
SAP: creating new vendors, single source justification process, raising POs,
sending/chasing invoices for payment etc
Consolidating all our financials as per cost centres - currently we're using a
template in smartsheets to gather all info for finance for end of month accruals
