Premium fashion brand seeking an Assistant Branch Merchandiser to manage the product categories so the customer has access to the right product at the right time whether in store or online.

Responsibilities :

* Provide and oversee accurate reporting to support business needs and analysis of channel sales to maximise sales potential.
* Drive sales and sell through identifying performance trends, risks and opportunities and providing feedback to the Branch Merchandiser and liaising with the product merchandise teams to influence the allocation strategy at product launches and releases.
* Lessons learnt for the season across the channels.
* Complete sizing analysis by department and store.
* Oversee consolidation requirements to improve stock availability and drive sell through, and manage end season stock recalls.
* Plan sales and stock holding for key events in store and online.
* Create store grading using historical analysis, space and sales planning, and re-grading where needed in season
* Planning new branch stock packages tailored to individual requirements to maximise sales, and manage any space changes and re-fits.
* Support the Branch Merchandiser in planning the annual sales and store weekly phasing. General:
* Liaising with other departments - Retail, Warehouse, E-Commerce and Product merchandising. * Managing and developing MAA's. Skills & Experience Essential:
* Must have previous experience working as a Branch / Channel MAA or AM *
