Niche luxury organisation that has a major foot-hold in the HNW luxury Marketing sector is looking for a hands on assistant. This is very specialist organisation with a premium client base that are on the pulse of London luxury marketing.

The principal is looking to identify a dynamic graduate assistant who is looking for a varied and automonus role where no two days will be the same. It is envisaged to be a high energy role with an exciting and varied workload that including working on some very exciting and creative initiatives.
The ideal candidate will report directly in to the CEO and really underpin her working day.

In a nutshell there will be a focus day-to-day on event organisation and attendance, pitch preparation, client research, client marketing preparation and project admin duties.


More detailed duties:


Marketing & Events
*Coordinating and organising the Directors marketing initiatives and client-related
activities/events. Supporting Client Partners with their event schedule and
attending events as necessary.
* Collating creative marketing presentations
*Gathering and collating research information from online sources

Administration duties:
*Full range of administrative duties to support the Director including
filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, formatting documents, raising
invoices and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
*Extensive diary management; booking meetings both internally and externally with
clients, arranging meeting rooms and ordering refreshments as and when required.


Ad-hoc duties
*Updating the internal HR system with holiday and sick leave.
*Other duties commensurate with the position/the needs of the team.


Skills

*Graduate EA with a minimum of 4/5 years professional services experience and ideally
marketing exposure
*Good interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
*Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
*Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach
*Ability to work autonomously and proactively
*Confident communicator
*Good writing skills
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and especially Power Point).
