Dynamic Assistant required to support the head of the Fund and support 3 others within the team, really fast paced environment. Candidates should ideally have worked within a private equity environment or similar fast-paced culture.
* Complex diary management, organising meetings and co-ordinating conference calls in
a fast-paced working environment whilst ensuring the teams' priorities are met
* Daily correspondence and email management
* Arranging extensive travel, producing accurate and detailed
itineraries and keeping on top of changes
* Processing and submitting expenses for team members in a timely manner
* Promoting excellent client relationships at all times
* Providing ad-hoc support where required including general department
administration e.g. printing, binding, photocopying
* Inputting /updating data into the company database
* Any other administrative duties as and when requested
* Covering for the other EAs as and when required
Project Support
* Providing administrative support on live deals within a short time-frame: acting as
a designated point of contact for all administration relating to the deal during its
early stages.
* A minimum of 5 years experienced supporting a team within financial services,
Investment banking or a similar deadline driven environment
* Drive and energy, with the ability to multi-task effectively when under pressure
* Strong client service ethos with excellent team working skills
* Excellent organisation and administrative skills
* Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines
