The holder of this role will be a key member of the Sales Operations Teams supporting the Europe, CEMEA and APAC region.

Main responsibilities include managing the end to end Sales Order & Contract processing of all sales contracts in the region, maintaining sales guides aligned to the sales processes, enabling sales team members with the tools and training to ensure sales policy is adhered to, and support the global billing team with sales queries relating to closed deals. Work with global support and front end technical team to perform account checks and confirmation of purchased services.

Responsibilities:

*Sales Order & Contract Processing - Fully Accountable for the end to end sales order and contract processing of all sales contracts in Europe, CEMEA and APAC. Ensure completed contracts have correct approvals before closing, ensure contracts are signed by designated entity signatories, close off opportunities in CRM (salesforce.com).
*Sales Guides & Sales Policy Management - Maintain sales guides aligned to the sales policies to enable sales team with up to date guidance on processes and contract management. Ensure guides are constantly reviewed and kept up to date, and published in the CRM.
*Support Global Billing Operations Team - Act as the first point of contact for the global billing operations team to support on all queries relating to new contract set up's. Support by performing local manual billing for Professional Services invoices and receipts.
*Support Customer Support Team - Responsible for performing Account Checks for the Technical Account Management team, ensuring signed contracts are in place for the service purchased. Process Account MID moves and SSO requests.

*CRM - Support Sales team with Opportunity Management queries directly related to contract processing. Continuously maintain integrity of the CRM data, specifically within opportunity management and ensure alignment with contracts
*Sales Training - Provide training to Sales staff on Sales Order & Contract processes
*Process Improvement / re-design of sales processes to drive efficiency and sales effectiveness
*Specific Project Work - Get involved with regional and global projects that directly relate to supporting Sales Effectiveness


Experience:

*Experience in a sales support role within a large corporate matrix environment.
*Experience in administration of Sales Policies
*Relevant experience in designing and building sales guides to support sales teams
*Sales CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com
*Intermediate Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills required
*Excellent attention to detail, a passion for problem solving and proposing solutions and a well-developed sense of personal integrity and work ethic
*Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
*Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, creativity and initiative
*Organizational skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
