Sales Operations Support Manager

The holder of this role will be a key member of the Commercial Sales Operations Teams supporting the Europe, CEMEA and APAC regions.

The main responsibilities of this position include business partnering with the Europe, CEMEA and APAC Sales team to provide commercial and operational support, detailed sales and business analytics, client level revenue planning and forecasting, development and management of sales CRM training and ownership of sales processes.
In addition, the role is expected to lead and support the commercialisation and roll out of new products and services within the regions; ensuring the Sales team are equipped with the tools and knowledge to got to market.

Responsibilities:

*Sales Planning & Forecasting - Support transactional and revenue planning for quarterly and annual income planning cycles, including collection of data, testing of key drivers and trend analysis
*Sales Reporting & Business Analytics - Monthly management of sales performance reports for Sales Management and Sales Reps/Account Managers to facilitate measurement of performance against targets & KPI's, accurate pipeline forecasting and sales management reviews. Work in close partnership with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure key sales metrics are identified and reported, including working closely with the Global Sales Operations team to ensure global alignment of key metrics
*Sales Training & Enablement - Support and coordinate new hire sales training programs, supporting sales management to ensure the sales team receive appropriate and relevant training to cover Product, processes, CRM, development and sales skills. Proactively support regional teams to ensure they have access to all tools, training, Sales Operations support and resources to enable the regions to sign and board merchants/acquirers. Coordinate Product release training with Marketing and Product Management. CRM Management, Support Sales teams with CRM training, queries, and be a "super-user" to drive further adoption and improvements in the system
*Commercial Support - Work closely with the Senior Director, Commercial Operations to support the sales teams with commercial negotiations, contract management and RFP responses
*Sales Compensation - Work closely with the Global Sales Operations compensation team to ensure the calculation of quarterly Sales Compensation payments are accurate, ensuring data integrity in the global compensation system. Ensure audit readiness of variable compensation data
*Process Improvement / re-design of sales processes to drive efficiency and sales effectiveness
*Specific Project Work - Get involved with regional and global projects that directly relate to supporting Sales Effectiveness


Requirements:

*Significant previous experience in a generalist sales operations or support role within a large corporate matrix environment.
*Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
*Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
*Experience in administration of Databases (SQL Server) and Report Building Applications (e.g. tableau, Crystal Reports)
*Sales CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com
*Relevant experience in designing, coordinating and delivering sales training
*Experience in administering sales compensation planning
*Advanced Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills required
*Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent
