Leading global organisation that operates within the UHNW luxury market is looking for an EA to support a managing partner.

This is an exciting role where you will support an equity partner directly giving adhoc support to his team. This a high energy department and the managing partner is looking to identify an assistant who understands the role is working with an UHNW client base and that he has a global remit!

Absolutely amazing PA skills", "can work at pace" are two crucial aspects this global company needs!

Although this role will support one partner, it is really meaty role with many moving
parts !

The principals of the department will need a broad range of assistance covering diary management, event coordination, marketing material management, document management and creation (including PP), Billing coordination Etc.

More detailed duties:

*An understanding of the departments priorities including extensive diary management.
This involves organising travel (including itineraries), client and internal
meetings, lunches and dinners.
*Organisation of internal and external events including client entertaining and
network events.
*Effective "gate keeping": managing all incoming communication (including phone
calls, voice-mail and e-mail), efficiently establishing priorities and ensuring that
all correspondence and enquiries are processed in an accurate, professional and
timely manner.
*Marketing Ambassador for the team, - liaising with marketing regarding all
collateral needs for the team, i.e. producing sales brochures, event invites,
property summaries, contact booklets, capability statements, track records
*Manage the fee forecasting and review the billings report for the team
*An ability to prepare Microsoft Word reports
*Collation and distribution of external client publications using a tailored
marketing programme.
*Full management of filing/e-filing.
*Internal systems - checking and approving invoices
*Meet and greet clients, including booking meeting rooms, equipment and organising
refreshments as necessary.
*Communicate with the team, ensuring a high level of awareness of current priorities
and whereabouts.
*Travel and expense management.

Skills

*Graduate EA with a minimum of 5 years professional services experience
*Good interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
*Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
*Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach
*Ability to work autonomously and proactively
*Confident communicator
*Good writing skills
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point).
