As a key member of this close knit and friendly team, you will provide support and be a lynch pin within the department.

Main Duties;

PA/admin tasks
* Creating confirmation of instruction letters for clients
* Setting up and formatting of documents, and use of Adobe
* Scanning documents for electronic filing
* Setting up electronic and paper files
* Managing Partner's inbox and diary
* Producing expenses for Partner
* Travel arrangements
* Booking inspections
* Setting up meetings and booking rooms
* Sorting post

Client Service
* Be the focus for Client quotes and formal instructions
* Follow up with Clients on fee quotes and unpaid fees
* Keep Clients informed of inspection/valuation/reporting progress
* Manage reporting process to ensure timely submission of reports
* Manage client expectations regarding fees/reporting/invoicing
* Meetings with Clients to discuss admin requirements on both sides
* Coordination of Client social events
* Maintaining report templates and engagement letters in relation to client requirements
* Producing hard and soft copy reports
* Develop marketing initiatives with Partner

Management Reporting
* Compile weekly/quarterly/bi-annual/annual financial progress reports (basic Excel)
* Compile annual statistical report; ad-hoc reporting of figures e.g. team and monthly
figures
* Maintain and manage WIP reports, Rolling Year Figures, Variance Reports

* Experience working in a similar role within a professional services environment is
essential. Previous experience of the Property industry would be beneficial, although
not essential.
* Ideally experience organising diaries and arranging travel and meetings
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong organisational skills and MS office
