Boutique Private Equity firm based in Victoria is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to a partner and his team.
A great opportunity for an EA who enjoys the pace of supporting at Partner level. The role is six month contract and looking for an immediate starter!
Key responsibilities;
*Complex diary management and arranging travel requirements for the
partners
*Coordinating extensive meetings
*Submitting extensive monthly expenses
*Manage an ever changing diary
*Organising signing of documents and couriers
*Internal and external event management
*Liaising with stakeholders
*Acting as a gatekeeper for the partners
*Editing, formatting and binding documents and presentations
Skills and experience
*Previous experience working within a boutique finance environment
*Ability to prioritise
*Flexibility and adaptability
*Self-driven and motivated
*Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
*Polite telephone manner
