Market Leading estate agency are seeking a Property Management Manager to join their successful team. On a daily basis, you will organise and manage your team and workloads by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process.

This will include

Managing and leading your team in the following areas- client liaising, organising inventories/check-ins, deposits resolution, property visits, repairs
Ensuring statute obligations are met, collection of rent, administration of new tenancies, as well as tenancy extensions.
You will drive performance, reporting on KPIs and Budget Performance whilst working alongside local branches.
You will play a key role in maximising you department's book value and building, managing and leading a winning team.

This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Property Management, Lettings or Estate Agency. As Property Management Manager you will have

*Consistent track record within Property Management.
*Proven experience within people management
*Demonstrate that you are up to speed with current legislation
*Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.
*Willingness to learn and develop your management skills
*You are a 'get things done' kind of person.
