We are seeking Customer Service Adviser's with a wealth of exceptional customer service experience to join a very talented property service hub. You will have previous administrative experience with the ability to maintain high quality relationships with excellent telephone skills. We are seeking a candidate with great interpersonal skills that has the ability to develop and maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders.

Key skills:
2-4 years customer service experience taking ownership of inbound communication
The ability to use contact center scripts and diagnosis tools.
The ability to troubleshoot effectively
Work to SLAs and customer preferences to ensure a smooth solution process
Actively embrace and support a culture of accountability and service excellence
The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Take responsibility of your key performance indicators are achieve.
