Receptionist Role

My client, a Global Property company is looking for a first-class Receptionist for their marketing suite.
Receptionist Duties:
Answering most incoming calls to department and fielding to relevant agents
First point of contact for the department
Maintenance of marketing suite
Reports, correspondence, memos, minutes, schedules, mail shots
Presentations using PowerPoint.
Electronic filing system
Archiving
Office meetings - weekly & monthly agendas
Facilities Management:
Health and Safety
Furniture / equipment / telephones / supplies
Risk management
Security - Office alarm, key security, lone working
Maintenance of any reporting/visitor registration systems
Engage with marketing initiatives
Keep all sales/plot files up to date
Undertaking of daily checks of the presentation of the sales suite and show unit
Maintain local information file
Receptionist Skills Required:
Good standard of English grammar and spelling, and takes pride in presentation of work.
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Have the necessary organisation skills to provide an efficient support service to the marketing suite team.
Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
