We are currently recruiting a qualified Tax Investigations Manager for a tax advisory business who specialise in tax Law

The successful candidate will have:
*Extensive experience in tax investigations
*Preferably CTA qualified or ACA/ ACCA with strong tax advisory experience
*Experience with tax advice to high net worth individuals and companies
*Advice on personal tax, Inheritance tax, corporation tax, VAT, offshore tax
*Corporate restructuring, HMRC Clearance, Negotiations with HMRC
*Providing in depth on shore/ off shore tax advice
*Residence and domicile tax advice
*Complex VAT and stamp duty tax advice to clients
*Meet with new clients, onboarding and agree terms of business
*Make presentations to clients
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to conduct meetings with new clients and HMRC independently
*Should have track record of developing bespoke tax planning strategies for clients
