My clients are a global real estate firm and are currently looking for two administrators to work in their Birmingham office to join their ratings team on a 3 month temp contract. Starting on the 17th Feb 2020.
Role Purpose:
The candidate will need to work with the National Rating team to ensure that key roles which are carried out to support our existing National contracts. The task will require a candidate to work independently with an elevated level of accuracy managing a large volume of work.
Key Responsibilities
Work within a split team (London & Birmingham) reporting to the payment lead in London
Manage and updating client payment portfolios to ensure that the data is correct, accurate and payments are made on time
Scan all post through our technology platform to ensure all bills are processed.
Process demands as required
Monthly Client Reporting
Manage the process of paying the rates
Reporting internally and direct to client's and client finance teams
All other duties associated with rates payment and management
Working with the wider rates team for the benefit of clients
Person Specification
Business Rates Collection & Rates payment Knowledge preferred
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
Good Administrator with excellent Microsoft Office skills
Flexible, Responsible and dependable
Effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Confident and assertive where required
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
