Fast paced finance house based in the West-End has exciting role for a hybrid PA/Office manger to support the Head of operations!
Fantastic opportunity to join this boutique finance company in their beautifully appointed offices in an enviable location!
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate that they can work at pace and occasionally work out of hours depending on the needs of the business

Main duties:
Main Duties
*Supporting the operations manager and and Head of IT
*Extensive Diary management
*Process Expenses
*Manage supplier relationships and setting up new relationships
*Deal with maintenance issues in the office and working on refurbishment projects
*Maintaining office supplies
*Event management and coordination
Skills
*Highly organized and capable of managing many tasks at once
*Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude
*Proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative
*Experience working as an OM and a PA is imperative ideally within fast paced
industry such as finance.
*Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
*Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
