*£25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for a talented PA/Office Manager to join the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment company, on a 12 month FTC.
The role would ideally suit an enthusiastic and focused PA who is able to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
PA Responsibilities:
Extensive diary management, arranging internal/external meetings
Managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels and itineraries)
Produce presentation materials, agendas and minutes
Maintain all relevant working documents and record changes accordingly
Process all expense claims
Support with business development
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Office Manager:
Provide full oversight and management of the Leeds Office, ensuring the smooth operational running and resolving issues when required.
Responsible for organising internal and external company events.
Maintain records and manage internal database systems
Liaise with other support staff to assist with general Administration/ Reception support
Process and circulate internal documentation
Any other duties associated with the role of Office Manager as deemed appropriate and as requested by the MD
Skills Required:
Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a proactive approach to working, including strong organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
Good time management and prioritisation skills
A friendly, helpful and approachable manner.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a PA / Office Manager is required
