Leading Estate Agents and property company are seeking a Branch Manager who strives to deliver impeccable customer service driving growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the sales process.


Key responsibilities

*Delivering the growth of your branch through liaising with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales are completed smoothly and correctly
*Analysing and solving team issues and working with senior managers to drive deal value, market share and attaining your banking goals.
*Influencing results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of your branch strategy.
*As Branch Manager with this leading Estates Agent you will drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of the sales process.
*Aiding the growth of your branch through liaising with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales are completed smoothly and correctly.
*Measuring results, and reporting on KPIs and Budget Performance, driving sales to maximise your branch's market share.
*You will be key in building, managing and leading a winning team.
*You will be able to demonstrate a passion for the industry with excellent commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in your team's needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.
*As Branch manager for this Leading Estates Agents you will be to date with local and national property news

*Gained experience in leading a team within the property industry
*Ability to manage by a combination of leadership, role modelling and positive performance management
*Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and teamworking skills
You will have a minimum of 3 years work experience within the property industry coupled with strong, experience managing a team within the property industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships
