My clients are a leading independent property consultancy in the UK looking for a temp PA to come into their Global HQ on Baker Street, this role will provide support to the Head of Finance. Confidentiality is crucial to this business support role.

Responsibilities
Extensive and proactive diary management, organisation of internal/external meetings
Running the Group Finance Director's office with a high level of organisation
Be proactive in reminding GFD of meeting attendance and pre-empting needs for meetings - e.g. ensuring travel, paperwork, attendee lists, reports, files, pre-meets are organised
Confidently liaise with staff members at all levels of the business
Be confident in acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communications
Taking and typing up minutes of monthly Group Executive Board meetings and other meetings as required
General

Creating and updating PowerPoint presentation slides and Excel spreadsheets
Handling of private and confidential documents and information
Filter/check/action signature requests, including for important legal documents
Travel arrangements for GFD as needed
Very occasional/minimal personal support for GFD
Qualifications/Education Required
Minimum of three years' experience at board/C-suite level in a large multinational organisation
Minimum of five years' administrative experience in a corporate and fast-paced environment Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. Accurate typing.
Graduate calibre preferred, but degree not essential.

Self-motivated, well-presented individual with proven background in organisation and administration and ability to multitask
Ability to remain calm, flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and with a high level of professionalism Complete discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Proficient word processing skills (including mail merges), good typing and file management skills
Excellent document presentation, spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual, with a tidy and methodical way of working
