Fast paced Private Equity firm based are looking for an experienced assistant who can operate in a multi faceted role within a dynamic environment as this role will be supporting the Head of Investor relations and team. This is very much a hybrid role and would suit someone who has Investor Relations experience already and understands the demands of this area!


This is an exciting time for a candidate to join the Private Equity firm. The successful candidate will have a proven history of building a strong and trusting relationship with c-suite level executives. You will be a strong communicator, articulate, switched on with exceptionally high attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate plenty of initiative and confidence and, be willing to muck in where necessary.

Meetings and Roadshows
Experienced scheduling high volumes of meetings and interviews accurately across multiple time zones with relevant parties informed of changes. Attendees and locations confirmed with sufficient time to pre-plan travel arrangements. Considers attendee list and makes recommendations of changes. Materials are prepared and sent out ahead of time. Rescheduled / cancelled meetings are tracked and recorded, and consideration is given to this when asked to postpone a meeting.


Travel
Proven track record in arranging seamless complex, multi-stop travel. Comfortable using sound judgement to make decisions autonomously to ensure the travel experience for Executives is logical, comfortable and well thought out at every stage.
Ensures passports are up to date, relevant visas are organised, currency, cars, maps are all issued ahead of schedule. Proactively makes suggestions on more efficient routes to run the trip and suggests other relevant business contacts within region to also see whilst in the area


Events and Admin
Keeps self in the loop of what is going on in the business, proactively takes responsibility for key workstreams in significant projects such as AGM planning and ad-hoc team admin as may be required by any part of the business. Comfortable owning tasks and driving projects forward


The are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in:-
*Event management inc. the organisation of Roadshows as well as complex travel and
extensive diary management
*A client facing role, this role will be the first point of contact for
external stakeholders (for example investors and analysts)
*Experience in Investor Relations or Finance areas is highly desirable as well as
working in a boutique finance house
