A small, high successful investment business supporting select family offices, private banks and hedge funds.
*The role is supporting the Founder and Managing Partner and his team of four senior Directors. There are no other employees, so the role is the key support role.
Based in Mayfair.
DUTIES
*PA to the Founder, supporting both his business and personal life (although the personal side is minimal).
*Managing an ever changing and busy diary.
*Front of house - the Founder has clients/guests visiting the office daily so ensuring they are greeted and responsible for drinks/refreshments.
*Responding quickly to last minute changes/requests.
*Booking restaurants, events, and engagements.
*Supporting the team with admin and diary management.
*Be the "go to" person for the Founder.
*Be the first point of contact for all phone calls and emails. Dealing with them efficiently and diplomatically.
*Ensuring the office runs smoothly - first point of contact for the day to day running of the office.
*Manage office administration and all that is needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
*Handling specific projects.
*Attending lunches, events as required.
REQUIREMENTS AND BACKGROUND
*Background of dealing with high profile, high net worth, senior individuals essential.
*Experience of working in a family/private office preferable.
*Ability to demonstrate strong administrative/PA/office management support experience essential.
*Experience that demonstrates flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy to ensure all aspects of the Founder's life runs smoothly essential.
*Graduate level of education essential.
*MS office packages to intermediate level essential.
*Tech savvy preferable.
*High level of attention to detail essential.
*Some knowledge of London restaurants and London generally essential.
PERSONALITY PROFILE
*Personable, can do attitude. All jobs must be carried out quickly and efficiently.
*High degree of professionalism and ability to use initiative.
*Punctual and reliable.
*Understanding the importance of discretion and diplomacy.
*Well presented, classic and well spoken. The office is smart casual, but an awareness of representing the business to clients is key.
*Confident and ability to work unsupervised.
*Sunny, flexible, bright and willing is essential.
