Premium Fashion Brand are seeking an Area Manager to cover stores in London and South East to drive sales across the companies most profitable region.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure all KPIs are achieved and manage stock efficiency across your area
*Actively support your store managers with recruitment and HR
*Provide administrative support
*Ensure all targets are hit across all stores, including managing stock across the region
*Work with Store Managers to ensure that recruitment and training demands are met
*Drive company visions and goals, obtaining buy-in from all staff members
*Identify trends across various locations and use this to help drive performance across the region
*Take a commercial approach to delivering sales results across the region


In order to be successful in this role you must:
* Have a background in Fashion managing an area of 15 stores
* Have experience as an area or district manager ideally within a high-volume business
* Be sales focused
* Have the ability to manage and motivate staff in order to meet all targets
