Leading Private Equity Company has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Management Accountant and based at the firm's Head Office in central London, the successful applicant will be an integral part of the Finance Team (18 people) and be responsible for the management of the purchase ledger, payment runs, bank reconciliations and other ad hoc accounting administration tasks


A busy and involved role that will require ideally a graduate who has a minimum of two years experience must have excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

Job details:

Purchase ledger and payment runs
*Management of the purchase ledger within a Netsuite accounting system, including
entering invoices, checking coding and ensuring invoices are appropriately
authorised;
*Resolution of supplier queries and liaising with executives to resolve coding and
other queries;
*Preparation and processing of payment runs; and
*Ensuring all paid invoices are electronically and physically filed.


Bank and other general ledger reconciliations
* Preparation of bank account reconciliations (including foreign currency bank
accounts); and
* Preparation of various expense reconciliations and ad hoc analysis.

Ideal candidates should be graduates with a minimum of one years experience working a finance administrator knowledge of Netsuite would be a real plus.

Other skills necessary
A minimum of two years experience working as an accounts assistant
Experience with accounting software packages.
Strong basic understanding of Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
High level of numeracy.
Ability to interpret written information.
