My clients are a leading independent property consultancy in the UK offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors.
There is already a Team Assistant employed in this office, and this role is for a part time administrator to join the team on a part time basis. Ideally hours would be from 10am -2pm but they are flexible. Monday to Friday.
Duties include. Answering the telephone
Deal with contractors and tenants in the management office
Assist with invoice processing if needed
Arrange for / book in EPC and EICR contractors - keep spreadsheet log and ahead of the due date
Arrange / book in photos' and floorplans on vacant properties
Assist with the Team Assistant with the processing of Renewals and Change of Sharers
Send tenants end of tenancy procedures
Book inventories/ Check in/Check out
Instruct Contractors for works
Book in the cleaning contractor with tenants for end of tenancies
Book in inventory checks with the inventory company
Sending out group emails to residents
MS Office is an absolutely requirement - Mainly, Outlook, Word and Excel.
(There are numerous spreadsheets in play and used as the basis of coordination of projects.)
Strong administrative support and coordination, patience and very well organised.
