Dynamic London based private equity firm is looking for a hands-on EA to support the Head of Data Analytics and team. This will be a very meaty role where the ideal candidate can also undertake some project work. The role will be a 1 year FTC.

Candidates interested in this opportunity should ideally be degree educated coupled with a background in PE or a similar fast-paced environment.

The Director of this department is looking for someone who can demonstrate initiative and be heavily relied upon day-to-day to assist in the running of the department.

Administrative Support
*Proactive diary management for the team, including heavy scheduling across numerous
Portfolio projects at any given time. You will be aware of priorities, and will be
willing to push back on scheduled meetings that aren't aligned with the Data Team's
strategy.
*Seamless organisation of travel; including proactive coordination of flights, visas,
car bookings, etc. Willingness to make recommendations of changes to itineraries to
ensure more efficient travel.

Operations Management
*Assist with the Ops Management of all data team initiatives and keep these up to
date with tenacity and discipline e.g. owning the team's WIP meeting agenda,
plan/project pipeline, minutes/actions & reporting back promptly.
*Manage the Portfolio Data team budget - forecasting costs & creating high quality
reporting to share at weekly WIP meetings. Flagging any anticipated overspend to
Head of Data/Portfolio Ops Manger, while identifying cost saving opportunities.
*Maintain and track Data Team recruitment for both inhouse and consultant hires.
*Own the weekly content/data analytics publications on behalf of the Data Team
*Own and manage the Data Marketing & Comms Plan.

Skills needed
*Proven ability to effectively prioritise own time and work independently, jugging
conflicting priorities
*EA experience within a private equity coupled with some experience of managing
projects.
*Experience of owning & managing projects, setting up systems and procedures and
proactively anticipating issues or potential conflicts.
*Exceptional work ethic - willingness to provide all round support to the talent team
*Consistently leads by example in meeting deadlines, communicating effectively and
ensuring processes are adhered to.
*Advanced PowerPoint and Outlook skills required.
*Intermediate Excel and Word skills required
