West-End Private Equity firm is looking to identify a dynamic Team PA who help support the Deal Team. This is a 1 year FTC!
Administrative Support
*Proactive diary management for the team, including heavy scheduling across numerous
projects at any given time. You will be aware of priorities, and will be willing to
push back on scheduled meetings that aren't aligned with the Data Team's strategy.
*Seamless organisation of travel; including proactive coordination of flights, visas,
car bookings, etc. Willingness to make recommendations of changes to itineraries to
ensure more efficient travel.
* Timely and accurate processing of invoices & expenses using SAP Concur/Expensify
* Maintaining and updating the contact database, adding new records, updating existing
records and tagging all external meetings.
* Typing, formatting and publishing documents and PowerPoint presentations as and when
required and adhering to house style
Skills/knowledge/experience required:
Previous PA/Team Assistant experience essential must be from a fast based financial services environment.
Excellent IT skills especially PowerPoint, ideally a working knowledge of SAP & Concur.
