West-End Boutique finance firm is looking to identify a dynamic Team Assistant to add value from day 1!
Reporting into the office manager this is a busy and multi-faceted team assistant opportunity.
Administrative Support
*Schedule meetings, calendar entries, coordinate all meetings room allocation and
ensure meetings and conference run smoothly
*Assist with travel (visas, hotels, flight assessment, transport, tickets, calendar
entries, corporate accounts)
*Log people traffic and whereabouts eg pay attention to detail in terms of people
locations, calendar, scheduling etc, log people day / times in offices or where
there are collaborations.
*Expense review and check in line with firm's policy before processing
*Working with Office Manager on office fitouts, facilities, repair, maintenance, etc
*Ordering and maintaining stock supplies and stationery
*Events coordination, Sourcing, planning and execution assistance.
* Typing, formatting and publishing documents and PowerPoint presentations as and when
required and adhering to house style
Skills/knowledge/experience required:
Previous Team Assistant/Administration experience essential must be from a fast based financial/professional services environment.
Excellent IT skills, multi-tasking and communication skills.
