A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic assistant who has operated at partner level who can provide a true one-to-one support to one of the managing partners on a day-to-day basis within this fast-paced Private Equity firm.
Candidates should ideally be degree educated, due to the nature of this environment candidates coming from a Private Equity background will only be considered.
This permanent opportunity is a varied position where you will be expected to undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties. The purpose of the role is to enhance the effectiveness of the Managing Partner and ensure the smooth-running of key company meetings, including the company Investment Committee meetings, weekly Firm-wide meeting and Partner Board meetings.

Responsibilities
*Proactive diary management for the Managing Partner, including heavy scheduling across live deals and multiple functions throughout the business. You will be aware of key priorities, and will be willing to push back on scheduled meetings that aren't aligned with the Managing Partner's priorities.
*Complete administrative management of the Investment Committee meetings; scheduling the meetings in a logical order to maximise the Committee's time and effectiveness, ensuring papers and agendas are produced on time, maintain the archive system and update in CRM. Willingness to push back on scheduling meetings and offer solutions where needed.

Skills;
*Proven experience working as EA at partner level within Private Equity
*Computer literate - strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint (advanced), Outlook
*Working knowledge of SAP and Concur
*Polite telephone and personal manner
*Excellent grammar skills needed for proofreading and writing correspondence
*Highly organised and detail orientated personality.
*Proactive, one-step ahead mind set and extensive experience at supporting at partner
level
*Strong analytical skills
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Ability to take initiative, functions independently and works in a team
*Provide accurate information in a timely manner
