Great Opportunity to join a boutique recruitment firm. This role would suit someone with a 1-2 years recruitment experience.

The Recruitment Assistant's role is to primarily provide a highly effective resourcing administrative service to the Managing director.
Main responsibilities
To provide administrative support for both internal and external recruitment campaigns; inviting candidates to interview, regretting unsuccessful candidates, supporting the final stages of the recruitment process and updating the recruitment website with new vacancies.
To maintain computerised and manual records (including the online recruitment system).
Providing a first point of call service to employees and managers. Effectively handling resourcing queries and providing information to internal and external customers using appropriate forms of communication e.g. phone, letter, face to face and email.
CV searching for a wide variety of roles, building a centralised candidate talent bank and utilising it to help recruit the right person into the right job.
Managing all social media accounts.
The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Assistant role will have the following experience

Recruitment Experience
Degree educated.

In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:

- A confident and outgoing personality with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, able to work effectively remotely while functioning as an important member of an experienced team
- Strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of job boards and recruitment databases.
