At ROC we recognise the power of relationships and with that in mind are recruiting a "Client Relationship Partner" to join our team. Come on board to share the ROC story with your network! We are particularly interested in candidates with contacts in the UHNWI/Family Office/Private Equity and Hedge Fund sectors, although would be open to consider candidates who have built strong relationships in other sectors such as finance, estate agency, hospitality, luxury brands, sport. By making introductions to ROC from your contacts that result in fees, it will reap you exceptionally generous and uncapped rewards.

Key objectives:

Win business and make introductions by:

Establishing, nurturing and securing relationships with
your own contacts, prospects and candidates.
Marketing the business through associations, social media and professional bodies.
Establishing where there are recruitment opportunities and introducing the ROC team who will source exceptional candidates.
Identify and create high quality recruitment solutions.
Negotiate fees, terms and contracts.

To achieve success within this Client Relationship Manager role, you will have:

*Degree level education or equivalent
*Previous experience liaising extensively with clients within a professional
environment and building and nurturing lasting, successful business relationships
*Self confidence and gravitas
*Drive and tenacity
*Exceptional communication including excellent listening and influencing talents
*Strong sense of intuition
*Warm and approachable personality
*Willing to work on a commission only basis
*Total flexibility on hours committed and could dove-tail with other business leads
