Fast paced investment bank based in the city has an exciting opportunity for a hands on
HR advisor who is looking for a dynamic opportunity with growth.
This role is reporting directly into the HR Business Partner who would be a great mentor, a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious and hardworking!
*Working closely with the HR Business Partner to play a key role in the effective
delivery of all operational activities relating to staff in the London & Paris
offices, starting from the on-boarding of employees to all personnel questions
during the employee lifecycle, such as learning and development, compensation,
policies and the leaver process
*Preparing documentation in connection with regular administrative processes (e.g.
salary increases, references, holiday and other absences)
*General administrative tasks (e.g. Collating, reviewing and processing departmental
invoices, diary management, travel processes)
*Liaising with Compliance on organisational procedures and legal requirements
*Collaborating in projects and proactive optimisation of processes
*Supporting the Recruitment Business Partners to ensure the logistics of sourcing and
selection activities are well managed (e.g. preparing and sending out contracts and
offer packs, managing background processes)
Person Specification/Requirements
Graduate with HR assistance experience essential, ideally CIPD full or part
qualified coupled with a minimum of four years relevant experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively ensuring all
deadlines are met
Pro-active approach
Excellent and proven Excel skills
Flexible and collaborative, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Friendly Customer Focused, Strong interpersonal skills
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
