*Debbie MacBeattie

Background

*Debbie, is the founder and day to day MD of ROC Recruitment (the trading name of MacBeattie Recruitment Ltd) and Temps-online Ltd.
*ROC Recruitment was established in 1991.
*Since the pandemic, this interesting and varied new role has been created to support the MD and team with clients, internal recruitment, finance and general admin. It requires flexibility and agility to support the team with a changed business landscape. The role will be based at the office in Elstree. It will be predominantly supporting the business to generate new business and increase sales.

Duties

To take responsibility for the day to day running of the office.
To deal with all admin tasks as directed by the MD.
To ensure computers, laptops are set up,
To answer phones and respond to messages.
To update the vacancy spreadsheet on a daily basis.
To manage the CRM through a third party provider and ensure clients, roles, temporary bookings and candidates are updated on the system.
To send out sales mailshots on a regular basis.
To manage social media - twitter, facebook, linked-in and instagram
To produce reports from the CRM for the MD.
Ensure that the terms and conditions of business are agreed or sent.
To ensure all roles are advertised through Broadbean onto relevant job boards, aggregates and the website.
To screen ad response when required and respond accordingly.
To identify suitable candidates for roles and set up face-time calls for senior recruiters.
To re-type CV's and to produce candidate appraisals.
To ensure that the client and candidate experience is positive and constructive.
To set up and confirm interviews with the client and candidate.
To ensure there is regular communication to candidates.
To ensure that the in-house database is utilized efficiently, that all candidates are entered into the database accurately, records are updated and they are easily sourced.
To manage all suppliers ie IT, accounts, job-boards.
To book in training sessions with job boards.
To book company events and oversee diaries.

*To act in the wider interest of the business
*To ensure that others are encouraged to work in the best interests of the Business and embrace the Company beliefs, aims and mission.
*Identify PR and marketing opportunities.
*Where possible build relationships with clients.
*Address issues such as compliance with company policy ie reference checks not being done on temporary workers, inaccuracies in standard letters etc.
*To attend meetings as appropriate


Knowledge & Experience:
*Educated to minimum degree standard or equivalent
*Minimum of 1 year's admin work experience
*Ideal - experience of using CRM systems
*Ideal - experience of using job-boards and linked in
*Proven track record of working at pace
