Dynamic and fast paced private equity firm is looking to hire a proactive Team Assistant for their Talent Team. This is a hugely exciting opportunity and would suit an ambitious assistant looking for a hybrid role encompassing EA duties/data admin and Recruitment admin.

My client is looking for an Assistant that has dealt with a mixture of responsibilities from administration as well as reporting and excellent stakeholder management (ideally from a Private Equity/Finance or Recruitment background.

Administrative Support

* Proactive diary management for junior members of the team
* Scheduling of internal and external meetings, including liaising with potential
candidates
* Database Management, including adding and maintaining candidate records as well as
ongoing management of portfolio company records and tracking of changes to
management teams and Boards. This is integral to the team being able to perform and
will need to be accurate and reliable
* Formatting search longlists and shortlists as well as any other presentation
materials as requested and in line with house format
* Responsible for archiving all documents including CVs, assessments and references
* Building and distributing dashboards and reports within our CRM system
* Working closely with the other EAs in the wider portfolio team and providing cover
when required
* Potential to assist with admin related tasks for events, both virtual and in-person
* Seamless organisation of travel; including proactive coordination of flights, visas,
car bookings, etc.
* Processing and managing expenses and invoices
* Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require

Candidate requirements:

* Degree educated with 1-2 years experience of working in private equity/finance or
recruitment must have the ability to manage a high volume of scheduling in a fast-
paced environment
* Ability and willingness to learn new software and systems quickly to get up to
speed
* Sharp intuition & interpersonal skills - has the ability to build relationships
quickly
* Resilient, ability to manage strong personalities effectively
* Proactive problem solving
* Proven ability to effectively prioritise own time and work independently, jugging
conflicting priorities
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy particularly when inputting data
* Excellent work ethic - willingness to provide all round support to the Talent team
* Advanced Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills required
* Intermediate Teams skills required
