Boutique property company based in the West-End is looking for a hands-on Team assistant to cover a multi-faceted role. As more people are coming to the office there is a need for a full time office based assistant to be the lynch-pin on site.

Supporting the office, general administration and secretarial duties including:

*Supporting the office, general administration and secretarial duties including:
*Managing staff calendars/arranging meetings
*Booking flights/hotels
*Answering calls & taking messages
*Booking meeting rooms
*Assisting in proofing, printing and binding of reports and documents
*Converting files to PDF, ensuring that all documents are consistent in branding and
*Editing & formatting of reports, other documents
*Scanning/photo copying/filing/archiving documents
*Managing incoming/outgoing post
*Teas and coffees for meetings
*Ad hoc duties
*Managing documents in Central London folder
*Assisting with company marketing including running calendar, ensuring that deadlines
are met for events/promotional material, updating website with articles and social
*Assisting to coordinate events
*Updating shops list and property details on websites

Essential skills:
Proven work history within the property field and must be able to demonstrate working as a Team assistant or Office Manager
Excellent communicator and happy the lynch-pin on site
Excellent IT skills, including word/excel/pp
