My clients are a global property firm, their Bristol team is looking for a Team Secretary to join their busy office. You will be expected to provide effective and efficient support to the Rural Sales Team with the following responsibilities:
*Acting as an ambassador for the office at all times and greeting visitors warmly.
*Manage and liaise with regional press for advertising and advertising schedules and responding quickly to PR opportunities from Head Office.
*Using marketing systems: Drag and Drop, Address Intelligence and Dotmailer
*Setting up and maintaining property files including Land Registry, ehouse, Capture, Four Walls, EPC registry and listed building registry
*Produce property list, window cards for light boxes and posters for the office
*Work with the team on business generation initiatives and manage local marketing
*Assist and participate with the organisation of internal/external events
*Provide secretarial support to the team - audio/copy typing letters
*Diary management of meetings and viewings and preparing pitching materials
*Working Life training and use - prepare POs and invoices
*Assisting the Office Manager and managing the team's social media
*
Qualifications/Education Required:
*2 years+ experience in a similar secretarial/admin role
*Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office and Mail Merge proficient
*Typing speed - 60wpm+
Skills Required:
*Exceptional standard of English grammar and spelling
*Have strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail
*Social media literate
*Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
