This attractive Lettings Administrator opportunity, is working for one of the most prestigious Property Consultancy's in the UK!
This Lettings Administrator position requires a very well presented individual with exceptional interpersonal talents.
Lettings Administrator Responsibilities:
* Tagging keys
* Maintaining key register system
* Preparing advertising and updating window
* Producing instruction letters, terms of business, register cards, property details
* Producing lettings lists and updating the internet
* Liaising with the property board company
* Maintaining filing systems
* Mail merges for quarterly lettings reviews etc
* Producing purchase orders
* Maintaining a monthly renewal sheet
* Maintaining gas safety records
* Ordering stationery
* Inputting data
* Answering calls and liaising with clients and applicants
* Making appointments
Lettings Administrator Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months property lettings experience.
* Word
* Confidence to set up and update spreadsheets
* PowerPoint
* Good standard of education
* Well spoken, clear speaking voice
* Organised, proactive and flexible approach
