*EA to MD of a construction company turnover in excess of £70 million. Employing in excess of 250 staff.

*Maternity cover - required for either 3 days a week or 4 hours a



*Prep Managing Director's desk daily.
*Purchase lunch each day and make coffee
*Prep the weekly planner and to do list with the Managing Director
*Manage Managing Director's inbox, emails, letters and calls.
*Answer emails in his absence. Produce a summary of key brought forward/emails.
*Manage Managing Director's diary in detail with a high level of proactivity.
*Ensure his meetings are well prepared for and followed up.
*Organise internal and external meetings, ensure agenda's and minutes are done.
*Manage all Managing Director's mobile devices, technology, apps on his behalf and assist him on using them - a key task.
*Manage his linked-in and social media accounts.
*Chase up his internal and external requests for information as required.
*Book hotels, flights, restaurants as required.
*Be pro-active with regards to events the Managing Director attends ie guest list, travel, timing.
*Ensure MD's contacts are on his outlook system.
*Take responsibility for internal project management software and ensure all parties use it.
*Full responsibility for all requests the Managing Director has ie meetings are catered and lunch.
*Fill up Managing Director's car with fuel and car wash.
*Be responsible for all/any tasks required at the Managing Director's home and be there if required to supervise - possibly one day a week.

*Assist operations team
*Assist with banking and credit control
*Arranging annual conference and monthly sales meetings
*Work with Merrill Lynch on to do lists.
