Depot Manager, Chingford
We are recruiting for a Depot Manager for a 30-acre site in Chingford.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the management of construction and demolition waste, primary aggregate importations via road and the production of high-quality recycled aggregate.

The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication, organisational and man management skills, ideally have a construction materials background and experience of:-
*Construction industry Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
*Management systems
*Crushing and screening processes
*Mobile plant experience
*Preventative plant maintenance regimes
WAMITAB/IOSHH qualifications would be advantageous.

Typical, but not exhaustive duties to include:
*Stock check and ordering of primary aggregates.
*Organising hauliers and agreeing rates.
*Advising customers on aggregates.
*Ensuring plant and machinery is maintained and ran in an efficient manner.
*Overseeing day to day operations of site.

Salary is competitive and dependant on experience. Benefits include pension after 3 months, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus.
