Leading London based private equity firm is looking for a CRM assistant for initially a three month contract with the possibility of it being extended - immediate start required.
*Updating and managing database based on information search from data providers
*Setting up automations and quality checks for data hygiene maintenance
*Performing regular housekeeping to ensure their data is accurate, up to date and
clean
*Other ad-hoc CRM and daily support activities
*Matching and updating CRM data for critical data points based on online research and
communications with the in-house teams
Candidates will need to show evidence of:
* Ability to understand data and reporting
* Ability to quickly learn new systems is essential
* A proactive mindset and attitude to hit the ground running
* Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
* Good overall communication skills
* Excellent internet and MS Office skills
* Excel - Advanced level (VBA intermediate to advanced)
* Attention to detail
