Leading Charity Retailer are seeking an Area Manager to cover stores across East Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all KPIs are achieved and manage stock efficiency across your area
Actively support your store managers with recruitment and HR
Provide administrative support
Ensure all targets are hit across all stores, including managing stock across the region
Work with Store Managers to ensure that recruitment and training demands are met
Drive company visions and goals, obtaining buy-in from the teams on your area
Identify sales trends across various locations and use this to help drive performance across the region
Take a commercial approach to delivering sales results across the region
In order to be successful in this role you must:

* Have a background in Fashion managing a large store or in an area role

* Have experience managing district manager ideally within a high-volume business

* Be sales focused

* Have the ability to manage and motivate staff and volunteers in order to meet all targets
